You just need to know which presentation is fit to your requirement,  four types presentation of HUAXIA louver you need to know.

 

 

 

 

1.  Show the frame style/ install on outside directly series (click to see the product)

Show the frame style which is the flange/frame and blades of the louver show up on the enclosure or wall, that is the easiest installation and no any formular changing series. just put the louver into the vent square and those 4 side flanges of the louver covers around the vents. 

 

 

 

 

Direct installation is the point of this series, you can screw on the flanges by screw nails, or another more pretty method is installation in behind the louver by screws.

 

 

 

 

 

2.  Easy maintenance style/ Open the louver directly for filer cotton changing

Easy maintenance style is the upgrade version of show the frame style series, the difference between those two series is the louver can be opened in the front of enclosure, there is two choices part for close and open the louver which is lock and shaft latch. Show the frame style is a fixed unchangeable form type louver, if you want to change the filter cotton of louver, you must open the energy equipment door, work it behind the louver. 

 

 

There some energy equipment is running all day with powerful energy field, it's dangerous to open the enclosure door, or cost too much to stop the machine for few minutes. easy maintenance series is the good choices, some of our customers love this series because they can do some observasion inside the machine just open the louver.

 

 

 

 

Show the frame series and easy maintance series are suitable for shipping container, energy converter or genset equipment, also the big vent size more than 1 meter width.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

3.  Hidden the frame style/ Beautiful presentation (click to see the products)

 

 

 

 

Hidden the frame style is the series only can see the blades of louver, the frame/frame is disappear, it does not mean the series of louver do not have the frame, but rather this louver is installed behind the vent, this series installation method is quite challenging, user need to weld the rivet stud behind the enclosure according to our diagram provided before installation. Then put the louver behind the vent by screw holes of the flange, last fixed to each studs with screw nuts

 

 

 

 

 

There is 3 visions of this series , which is show 4 edges, hide 3 edges (left+right+ top edges) and hide 4 edges. Those 3 versions has different rivet studs position request, in specially 4 edges hidden version, user need to cut the drainage holes shape according to the diagram, and 100% match to the drainage holes position of the louver, otherwise it could not drain well if it has a deviation or covered.

 

 

 

 

Although hiddent the frame series is a challenge installation product, but it's the best looking of vent represent. and it is very good for the small narrow vent. Many EV charging pile use this series of louver to present the slender body shape.

 

 

 

 

 

 

4.  Architectural usage series/ No flange series. (click to the products)

The last series is the architectural usage series, louver product definitely be used for architectural construction, some users like to use show the frame series for building because it is easy to install by screw on the flange, and the flanges can cover the gaps and loopholes near the vent on the wall. But most users do not the frame of louver for covering, they need perfect match to the window vent size, so HUAXIA architectural usage series is a good choice.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This series do not have the flange, regular square shape as the same size with front louver and back filter base, the louver just needs 2 or 3 mm smaller than the vent size is prefect match. Using the expansion screws to install on side of the back filter base, srew though to the wall from behind the vent. At last just fill the gap between the louver and the wall directly with glass glue or cement. See, It's sound very easy

 

 

 

 

Architectural usage series is 50mm thickness, it is definitely thiner than the wall, it means there are space for more installation method or other accessory combination behind the vent. This series is suitable for generator room, CNC room, rack cabinet house or storage warehouse.
